ABHINAV AGARWAL (CS, LL.B., TRADEMARK Agent, Consultant)
FOUNDER

CS Abhinav Agarwal is a distinguished professional with over 11 years of experience as Corporate Governance professional. He currently practices as a Company Secretary under the proprietorship firm Abhinav and Associates based in Gurugram Haryana and serves as the Designated Partner of M/s Chronicle Advisors LLP, a prominent consulting firm based in Gurugram.

He has been elected to The Company Secretaries Benevolent Fund (“CSBF”) Committee of ICSI for the term 2023 to 2025 and has been re-elected for a further three-year term. He has been elected to the Gurugram Management committee of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI for the term 2019-22.

His leadership roles include serving as the Treasurer (2020-21), Secretary (2021-22), and Vice Chairman (2022-23) of the ICSI Gurugram Chapter. His contributions also extend to being a member of the Task Force on Company Law and the Auditing Standard Board, both constituted by ICSI for 2023-24. He has been the member of ESG committee task force for 2025-26 and also been a part of the key ESG publications by ICSI including Guidance note on third party assurance (BRSR Core), ICSI Principles on Climate Change Governance, Stakeholder Toolkit on ESG.

With over years of experience in the field of Secretarial, Legal, IPR, Company law matters, Corporate Social Responsibility matters and Strategic Consultancy, he also has a rich and varied experience spanning across key areas such as merger & amalgamation, licensing and registration services under various departments. He is regularly appearing before various Quasi-Judicial Authorities and other regulators. He is a regular speaker at ICSI platforms designed for students and members. His extensive experience is further highlighted by his role in conducting various training programs in large corporates. (2020-2021)

CS Rupali Aggarwal is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Chronicle Advisors LLP, with over 14 years of diverse experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance advisory. She is a legal research-oriented professional with strong expertise across Company Law, RBI-FEMA, SEBI & Listing Regulations, and NBFC registrations, takeovers, and compliance management.

She specializes in secretarial audits, due diligence, corporate funding and takeover transactions, IEPF advisory, and regulatory representations. She is also widely recognized for POSH consultancy and for designing and delivering impactful POSH, gender sensitization, labour law, and workplace compliance training programs for corporates and institutions, along with financial literacy workshops on GST and Income Tax for small businesses and rural communities.

Prior to co-founding the firm, she worked with multinational and leading domestic organizations across IT, agriculture, real estate, automotive, and manufacturing sectors, handling end-to-end corporate secretarial and governance functions.
