Mr. Abhinav Agarwal, is a Member of the ICSI having an experience of more than 7 years in the field of Secretarial, Legal, IPR, Company law matters, Corporate Social Responsibility matters and Strategic Consultancy, also has a rich and varied experience spanning across key areas such as merger & amalgamation, licensing and registration services under various departments. He is also appointed as an Independent Director in few reputed MNCs and also acting as an active trustee in few of the reputed NGOs. In addition to his practice, he is also elected as a Secretary of Gurugram Chapter of NIRC of Institute of Company Secretaries Of India (2020-2021)

FCS Rupali Aggarwal is the Managing Partner of Chronicle Advisors LLP and a seasoned legal research oriented professional, a Law Graduate, Company Secretary, and Post Graduate Diploma in Management with over 10 years of varied experience and exposure in varied areas.

Areas of expertise: Legal, corporate advisory in company law, RBI FEMA, SEBI & Listing laws, NBFC’s expertise w.r.t registrations & takeovers & managing regulatory compliances of NBFC, Secretarial Audits, handling major transactions like Takeover, corporate funding etc., POSH consultancy, IEPF advisory & compliances and representations before regulators.

Core competencies are developing and leading a team of experts, value-rich outcomes for corporate clients, eye to detail, and ability to spot risk at an early stage & ability to relate theory with practice to provide solutions.

Prior to Chronicle Advisors, she had extensively worked with multinational and large domestic companies in multiple industry sectors like IT, Agriculture, Real Estate, Automotive & Sugar Manufacturing industries & performed various roles & responsibility of a Company Secretary.
